A flat-pack metal building is exactly what it sounds like: a pre-engineered steel structure that ships as labeled panels, framing, and hardware instead of a fully-assembled unit on a lowboy trailer. You get the same 26-gauge or 29-gauge American steel, the same 25-40 year finish warranty, and the same engineered wind and snow load calculations — but at roughly 60-70% of the cost of a pre-built shipping-container-style building.

We've been shipping flat-pack buildings out of our Midland yard since 2009 to ranchers, oilfield operators, home builders, storage-facility owners, and DIY property owners across the Permian Basin. The most common projects are 12×20 backyard sheds, 20×30 workshops with rollup doors, and 24×40 equipment barns — but we regularly cut custom sizes for any footprint that fits the site.

Every building includes a bill of materials with panel-by-panel labels, an illustrated assembly manual, and a hardware kit sized to the exact structure.
